My car has been deemed a “unicorn” by Ford and this is not this dealerships problem but they have done everything possible to see why my car is throwing so many codes. I like the dealership however when I made an appt. for a recall on my vehicle, I went to the appt. only to find out that they didn`t have the part in stock. I would think this should be checked ahead of time. Other than that the dealership has been very accommodating in the past.

The vehicle was completed when they said it would be. However, there was grease on the steering wheel and drivers seat and the vehicle reaked of grease. Additionally, it is next to impossible to talk to a person at the dealership and the service department is even worse. Service department is over tasked and seems disorganized. Hire more people

After 9 months and 4 times that my car had to be towed there, my car was finally taken care of by Amanda. After going thru the whole carbon cleaning process, and then replacing the knock sensor, and then replacing that same knock sensor again, thinking it was faulty, they finally realized that it was the motor and Amanda took really good care of us. She got us a loaner as soon as possible, which is extremely important to me cause I have an adult autistic son, who has to go out daily, And a disruption to his routine is terrible . And ...
