Service to my vehicle was extremely fast considering when it was towed in they were running about 2 weeks behind. I was very thankful! Being without a vehicle is not pleasant. Very friendly and courteous considered they were trying to handle a problem that developed before Diehl bought this dealership and the documentation of said issue was not properly documented. No worries I have all the paperwork. I'm sure this issue will be handled professionally and taken care of under the warrantee if the problem comes back again. Thank you so very much:)
