Seriously misdiagnosed engine problem and illegally tried to charge me for it rather than fix it under the warranty. The fix would have been useless anyway, they ignored the actual problem. They also refused to do both recalls. They left all my doors unlocked and the glove box and console where open and items stolen from the vehicle. Will update this after my complaints are filed and resolved with The F.T.C. & Attorney General. Possible lawsuit forthcoming. I suggest people educate themselves of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Your state also has many other consumer protections for when a car dealer may be misinforming you of your rights.
I previously had issues here years ago and unfortunately I am now dealing with a far more serious situation involving my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. The vehicle has experienced transmission defects, jerky shifting, loss of power while driving, active ABS and transmission warning lights, and visible smoke with a burning odor coming from the transmission area. Despite documented dual clutch transmission faults, the dealership has never retained the vehicle for more than a few hours and refuses to perform extended diagnostics. I have been told they will not inspect the transmission unless an active code is present and that they only replace transmissions rather than properly diagnose internal issues. Both the dealership and Hyundai Motor America have refused to provide a no cost loaner vehicle during diagnosis, even though this involves a safety related defect. I have filed complaints with BBB Auto Line, NHTSA, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General. I purchased a brand new vehicle and should not be dealing with repeated safety concerns and refusal of proper warranty service.

There where a few communication errors. First I was told od get 10k for one of my cars at the end of the deal I saw 9500. Then I was told the protection shield add on that I purchased for the interior and exterior of the car would be put on before I picked up my vehicle the next day. It wasn't and I had to go back a few days later. When I questioned about getting the coating added on in the future I was informed they don't do that even with a cost. So I'm still disappointed and confused about that. Then Hyundai blue link was supposed to be setup after several calls back and forth between the dealership and Hyundai blue link customer service I finally got that done. The dealership was having system issues so another inconvenience. I did have an amazing sales rep and finance rep. I am so thankful they let me take the time to test drive the vehicles I had in mind. I'm overall pleased with my purchase. However I don't have confidence in the maintenance with this dealership at all. I went online to Hyundai's accessory website to lookup mudflaps and Nfc key card. It says to select dealership I did. It says right on the website $86 installed with diehl Hyundai. I call in and they want $86 plus installation of around $150. That is absolutely insane for 30 minutes of work and contradicts Hyundai's website. I will be contacting Hyundai and discussing this with them as well. UPDATE After Having The Vehicle For A Week I Noticed That My Inspection Was Not Completed And I Have Been Driving All Over Without An Inspection. Going To Go Over Line By Line How I Went From A 34k Vehicle With 13k Worth Of Trade In To Have A 31k Loan As Well.

I was very pleased with the work with done on the truck The only thing they didn’t tell me that I’d still have an oil smell after they changed the valve cover pan gasket. It took a while for it to burn off and quit smelling other than that. Everything was great. My truck was washed and ready for me when they called. They were real polite and Tony did a good job taking care of me when I got there thank you.
